What you do here
Enable/disable the events that require approval (payment above X, commercial discount, hours approval...). Each active event starts routing through the configured authority level.
What this screen lists
Each row is a MOMENT in the system that can require approval before it happens: payment settlement, discount granted, contract billing, timesheet hours, digital employee action, project baseline and request closing. Turning the event on here means saying "this doesn't go straight through"; who approves, from what amount and in how many levels is defined in the Approval limits.
Rules
Sete eventos vêm de fábrica, sem ninguém cadastrar
They appear in every account, right from the first login, because they're moments that the platform's own engine triggers. You don't need to create them — and if the list seems "already filled in" on your new account, that's why, it's not dirty data.
The question this screen answers
The approvals engine references these events by key (the text in capitals). Deleting the row would leave the flow pointing at nothing: the approval simply wouldn't happen and nothing would flag the problem. That's why the path for "I don't want this anymore" is deactivating, which is reversible and traceable — not deleting.
Frequently asked questions
Desliguei um evento e as aprovações antigas sumiram?
Não. Desligar o evento só impede NOVAS aprovações de nascerem; as pendentes continuam na Fila do dia até serem decididas. Os sete eventos de fábrica podem ser desligados, mas não apagados — eles voltam a existir se a empresa religar.
