O que muda e quando

The regulatory changes that apply to your company area (tax, HR and, depending on the line of business, health, retail or textile), from the nearest deadline to the farthest: what changes, when, under which rule and the official source. "Confirmed" is a date published in law or act; "forecast" is the date expected from the agency practice — check the source before deciding.

Surveillance opens a notice when fewer days remain than the lead time of each change (60 to 365 days, depending on its size) and Tenkai answers "what changes this year?" with the same list. The screen is born switched off and is switched on first in the demo accounts; administrators turn it on in Settings › Parameters.

Below the list of changes, the "By company" section shows, for each company in your account, the state of each change: to do, in progress or done. Administrators set the state with one click; the "Resolve" link opens the Tenka screen where the preparation happens (reform simulator, invoices, legal tables). The maturity score tells, by area and by company, how much is already done — 100% means the whole account is ready for what is coming.

Start with what expires first: the countdown appears next to each change and those within the lead time are highlighted. Mark "in progress" when someone takes it on and "done" only when the company already operates under the new rule — Surveillance stops warning and Tenkai starts answering "done" for that company.
