Mandar peças de uma loja para outra: bipa ou aceita a sugestão pelo que mais gira no destino, envia com romaneio e etiqueta de volume, e a loja que recebe confere bipando — o que faltou ou sobrou vira pendência.

Sending pieces from one store to another
Build the draft by scanning (reader, camera or typed) or accept the suggestion: what sold most at the destination in the last 30 days, is running out there and is free at the origin. Send records the outflow at the origin store and creates the packing list and each package's label, with barcode, as PDF.

How to

How to send items to another store
1. Click "New transfer" and choose the "Sending store" and the "Receiving store". 2. Scan the items or use "Suggest by what sells at the destination". 3. Tap "Send": items leave the sender's stock; print the "Packing list and labels (PDF)". 4. At the receiving store, "On the way" tab, scan what arrived and tap "Finish check". 5. Any difference goes to the "Pending" tab and only leaves with a reason, in "Resolve".

Rules

Checking on arrival
The receiving store scans what arrived; completing records the inflow of what was checked at the same cost. What was missing, extra or not registered at the destination becomes a pending item that only closes with a reason. The transfer invoice between different companies is still issued from the NF-e screen.

Frequently asked questions

Why did Send refuse the item?
Because the origin store does not have enough of it: the message says the item, how many you asked for and how many there are. If the item is reserved for an order, it only leaves with the approval of someone with authority and a reason — so the customer's order is not left without it.
