What this screen is for
Set up the garment company in one day. Export from the previous system (or build the spreadsheet), choose the type, upload the XLSX or CSV file, check the preview and confirm.
Rules
Recommended order
1) customers and suppliers; 2) products with grid and stock; 3) receivables and payables (they look up the customer or supplier by document or name).
How columns are recognized
By header name, with common aliases: style, ref, product code; description; size; color; EAN, barcode; sku, short code; price; cost; balance, stock; CNPJ, CPF; due date; amount. The preview shows what was recognized and what is missing before saving.
Products with grid
One line per size × color. The style becomes the product (reused if it came before); each line becomes the variant with SKU and EAN; the balance enters as an opening stock movement in the chosen warehouse.
Undo
Each import is a batch. Undo sends the created records and open items to the trash, deactivates the variants and reverses the opening stock with an outgoing movement — nothing is deleted blindly.
Frequently asked questions
Importei errado. Dá para voltar atrás?
Sim: cada importação tem Desfazer, que remove o que ela criou e não toca no que já existia antes. O desfazer vale enquanto nada foi feito em cima dos registros importados (uma venda para um cliente importado, por exemplo) — depois disso a tela avisa o que travou.
