The converter looks for columns by NAME (with and without accents): "Razão Social", "CNPJ/CPF", "E-mail" and variations. The report lists what matched, what was left out and how many rows are ready — if an important column was left out, rename the header in the file and convert again.

This screen does NOT save anything: it converts the other system's export to Tenka's layout and points to the destination screen, where the import validates, deduplicates and audits as if you had typed it. Nothing comes in through a side door — that is what ensures that migrated data and typed data obey the same rules.

Date format and decimal separator vary between systems. Open the converted file before importing and check one row of each type — wrong due dates and amounts don't cause an error in the import, they go in wrong.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I export from in the old system?
Omie, Conta Azul, Bling and Nibo have CSV export on the record screens (customers, suppliers, products) and in the financial reports (open bills). Any spreadsheet saved as CSV also works — choose "Generic spreadsheet" as the source.
