The world quality scale
Percentiles say where your yarn stands in the world: a yarn at the 25% percentile is better than 75% of world production. Register, by process and count, the 5/25/50/75/95% values of each parameter your lab measures. The lab and the COA then show the percentile of each result.

The numbers are yours
The world reference scale is published in a licensed handbook. Tenka does not ship the numbers: the company types or imports the ranges it has the right to use, with the edition. Without a scale, the lab shows control chart and Cpk, but not the percentile.
Between two counts, interpolation
For Ne 32 with scales for Ne 30 and Ne 40, Tenka interpolates the percentiles linearly. Outside the registered range it uses the closest count and warns.

Pode, com a sua própria régua: cadastre as faixas 5/25/50/75/95% a partir do seu histórico de laboratório. Os números são seus e ficam na sua empresa. Entre dois títulos cadastrados o sistema interpola; fora da faixa, avisa.
