Where the showcase numbers come from
Nothing is written by hand: modules and screens come from the system catalog, "in your plan" comes from your account's plan and the news are the notes of the last two versions. Screens "proven on screen" appear when proof status is turned on. Platform screens and public pages are not counted.
What "under approval" means
A feature that already exists and works in the test environment, but still depends on something external to be used for real: a digital certificate, a production account at the payment gateway, a card-terminal provider or a fiscal device. The showcase and the price table say so per feature, so nobody buys what they cannot use yet. "Inert" is the feature whose contract is ready and waits for the missing piece; the rest of the module remains sellable.
The picture of each module
Each showcase card shows a screen from the module as it is today, in the theme you are using (light or dark). The pictures come from the same captures used in help and are taken in the validation account, with no customer data. A module without a capture is shown without a picture.
