What this screen is for
The rep opens it on the phone, sees who to visit today, picks the customer from the portfolio, searches the reference and enters the quantity. The price comes from the customer's list. The order is born as a quote in Tenka, with the rep filled in, and the office confirms.

Rules

Who you are
The screen recognizes the rep by the logged-in user (user field on the rep's record). Without that link it explains what is missing instead of saving an ownerless order.
Visited
Marking "visited" records the date on the route; biweekly and monthly use that date to not show up again before time.
Grid, curve and portfolio on the phone
Choose a style with a size grid and the phone opens size × colour: type the quantities or a total and tap "By curve" — Tenka spreads it by what customers bought most in the last 180 days (no history, evenly). At the top, how many in the portfolio bought this month and who is cooling off; "Customers near me" sorts the portfolio by GPS.
Photo of the order and ordering offline
Photograph the paper order: Tenka transcribes it and shows line by line what it understood (style, size, colour, quantity); anything uncertain shows in red for you to fix before adding. Without internet, write the lines in the yellow box: the order is kept on the phone and uploads by itself when the network returns — resending never duplicates.
Stock any time and the order that goes to the ERP
"Check stock" shows what is available (balance minus reserved) for any article, by warehouse, even with no customer chosen — with the time of the last ERP read when the company uses a connector. The order sent from here (and the one you saved offline) goes to the ERP queue, which rechecks stock and credit before creating it; if something is missing, the order shows "needs adjustment" and the office sees the reason. Without signal, your portfolio can still be checked on the offline screen, with the time of the copy.

Frequently asked questions

Send the order on WhatsApp
From your number linked to Tenka, write (or say): "pedido para Trama Urbana: 20 BV-2210 M preto e 10 G branco". Tenka replies with what it understood and a code; answer CONFIRMAR plus the code to save the quote. Styles too alike, missing size or colour: it asks instead of guessing.
When a piece is out of stock, which date does the phone show?
On an order line without stock you see the date the piece will be ready: in production with the expected date (from its current step and the subcontractor's punctuality) or, with no production, the product's standard lead time. In brackets comes the basis: from the real production pace, or estimated from the standard time or the standard lead time. A line covered by stock shows no date. It is the same date as in the sales order and the catalog.
