O que esta tela responde
Whether it is worth offering a client a "% of the result" contract — and at what percentage. The screen shows the expected margin AND its range before you propose anything.
What this screen is
It turns the Result Certificate (D5) into a commercial offer "% of what was recovered/saved". The golden rule: the offer is priced ACTUARIALLY — the expected cost of delivering the result comes from FREQUENCY × SEVERITY of the tenant's portfolio, never from a guess (selling results without pricing risk is underwriting insurance by eye). The screen simulates the EXPECTED MARGIN (= result × take − expected cost) with the RANGE and the open calculation BEFORE proposing; on proposing it saves a contract as PROPOSTA. A performance contract depends on a LEGAL OPINION: the cycle is PROPOSTA → APPROVED BY LEGAL → SIGNED (parameter PRECO_RESULTADO.EXIGE_PARECER, default yes).

How to

What this screen answers
From the period's Result Certificate: the recorded savings, sealed and immutable for that month. It is the piece that makes the account auditable instead of a discussion — which is why the client can check the same document you do.
The contract cycle and who can do each step
The contract is born as PROPOSTA when you click Propose. With the parameter PRECO_RESULTADO.EXIGE_PARECER on (default), the cycle is Proposal → Approved by legal → Signed: the "Legal opinion" button appears for those who can approve, and "Sign" only unlocks after approval. With the parameter off, the screen warns that direct signing is allowed. The contracts table keeps the base, take, expected cost and margin of each proposal — the calculation stays recorded along with the contract.

Rules

One template per type of work
Pricing by result is a bet: if the client's result comes in at the bad end of the range, the house loses. A good average with a wide range is a worse deal than a lower, predictable average. Always look at both numbers.
Propor não é contratar: há um gate jurídico
The proposal is born as PROPOSTA and only becomes a contract after legal approval and signature. No amount is charged in the meantime — and no shortcut skips that order.
"A conta não fecha": o aviso que impede a proposta ruim
When the expected margin — or the worst case of the range — is negative, the screen raises the red band "The math doesn't work": the proposed take does not cover the expected cost of delivering the result. The ways out are raising the take, reducing the scope of the promised result or not proposing. Ignoring the worst case of the range is exactly the "underwriting insurance by eye" this screen exists to prevent — a positive average margin is not enough if the range crosses into negative.

Frequently asked questions

Which question this screen answers
How much can be charged by result without selling by eye — does the expected margin cover the portfolio's risk? You enter the result base and the take (%), and the screen opens the calculation: revenue from the take, expected cost coming from frequency × severity of YOUR portfolio, and the expected margin with a range. Only after that calculation does "Propose contract" save the PROPOSTA — and signing still depends on the legal opinion, when the parameter requires it.
