Start with what is due
The four cards at the top are the day's reading. The one on the left counts the installed base, the second counts the inspection reports expiring within 30 days, the third the open pending items and the fourth the overdue preventive maintenance. Click any of them and you land on the list that formed that number — no total here is data you have to accept without checking.
Para que esta tela existe
The health of the installed base in one place: assets by status, inspection reports expiring, open nonconformities by severity and maintenance plan coverage. Each number leads to the list that formed it. — this is the role of the "Installed base and compliance" screen within the platform.

Rules

O mesmo defeito, de novo, é dinheiro indo embora
The recurrence board shows the item that failed more than once on the same equipment. Each repetition is a paid visit that did not solve the problem. It is the argument for replacing the part instead of patching it, and no generic work-order system can answer this, because none of them knows what a piece of equipment is.
Todo cartão abre a lista que o formou
No number on this panel stands alone: the assets card opens the asset list, the expiring inspection reports card opens the reports list, the nonconformities card opens the pending queue and the overdue preventive card opens the work orders — each already sliced to the same set that formed the total. A number that does not open the list is a number nobody checks; here, if a total looks strange, tap it and the list shows exactly which records make it up.

Frequently asked questions

O que é "cobertura por plano"?
It is the percentage of equipment that has a maintenance plan registered. Equipment without a plan generates no preventive maintenance at all - it is only serviced when someone calls to complain. Low coverage is the silent explanation for an operation that lives putting out fires.
Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
"Is my installed base up to date?" — when that question comes up, this is the screen where it gets answered.
O custo por prédio — e por que não mostramos margem
The cost table groups by LOCATION, not by customer: an umbrella contract can have eight addresses, and the loss is almost never spread out — it is in one building, which would vanish in the average of the other seven. It shows equipment, visits, visits per equipment and the 12-month cost. The label says cost, never margin: an umbrella contract has no reliable allocation of revenue per building, and a plausible-but-false percentage is worse than none. The values obey the "Show Values" permission of your profile.
