Idle time costs money
Every idle equipment costs the daily rate it did not bill. The top panel adds up this idle time in money; the list shows how many days each one has been in its status.
How to
The actions are in the line’s ⋮
Record hour meter, record breakdown (goes to maintenance), rent, return and see maintenance: all in the ⋮ menu of each equipment, without opening the form.
Rules
Preventive maintenance by hour meter
With the maintenance interval filled in, the next preventive falls due at the last one’s hour meter + the interval. Overdue ones show in red in the Next maintenance column.
