Is there a test environment?
The demo is read-only and takes no key. To test writes, use your own account on a trial plan (30 days) — what you write stays there, isolated.
Will the API change and break my integration?
v1 is frozen: no field disappears or changes type; what comes is a new field or resource, documented in the OpenAPI and the release notes.
Can I receive webhooks without exposing my system to the internet?
No — a webhook is Tenka calling your URL. The alternative is the API's incremental mode, which you call from inside your network.
How do I know whether the problem is mine or Tenka's?
Look at the status page (and /status.json): if a component is degraded, it says so there, with operations' updates.
