The AGENT-TO-AGENT referral: when one participant's Digital Salesperson spots an opportunity for ANOTHER network participant (e.g., a client of yours who needs a service the other one offers), it PROPOSES a referral. 🔴 The referral crosses companies, so it is only revealed with consent from BOTH s…

Três recursos amarrados num horário só
Each appointment reserves the professional, room AND equipment at the same time. When booking, the system refuses any overlap on any of the three — it is impossible to give the same room to two patients or the same professional to two schedules. This screen handles the management around the appointment; it is not a medical record.
What this screen is
The schedule that does not let two patients use the same resource: each appointment ties together professional, room and equipment, and when booking the system refuses any overlap on one of these three at the same time. See the day's schedule, book, perform, cancel or record a no-show. It is the management around the appointment — not the medical record.

How to

Booking an appointment
Choose the professional and patient in the combos (type to filter), enter room and equipment as free text, and set start and end with time. Pay attention to the spelling of the room and equipment: the scheduling clash is detected by name — "Room 1" and "room1" count as different resources.
Day to day: Done, Missed, Cancel
Navigate using the Day field to see the schedule for any date. On each scheduled row: Perform confirms the appointment took place, No-show records the patient's absence, Cancel unbooks it (with confirmation). All three free up the resources for that time slot.

Rules

Se a marcação for recusada
The refusal says which resource is busy in that interval. The ways out: another time, another room/equipment, or check in the day's schedule what is blocking. The refusal is the screen doing its job — a clash discovered at booking costs a click; discovered at reception, it costs an irritated patient.
Faltou não é Cancelar
Recording a no-show builds the patient's absenteeism history — those who miss a lot deserve a phone confirmation the day before or a deposit policy. Cancellation is the clinic's decision or a notified unbooking. Mixing the two erases the information that would help reduce gaps in the schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Which question this screen answers
"How do I fit in appointments without clashing professional, room or equipment?" — the screen answers by tying the three resources to a single time slot: when booking, the system refuses any overlap of professional, room or equipment in the same interval, and says which of the three clashed. Day to day, it shows the schedule for the chosen day and handles the rest of the cycle: Perform (which consumes the package session, when there is one), No-show, Cancel and correction with a reasoned reversal. It is the management around the appointment — not the medical record.
