A prepaid package inverts the logic: the money came in, but the service is still owed. The balance of each package (5/10, 2/10...) is the pending promise — and the sum of the balances is how much service the clinic must deliver without receiving anything more for it. Treat the balance with the same respect you give cash.

Sell packages of N prepaid sessions (physiotherapy, aesthetics, therapy) and track the balance: each appointment consumes one session, and when it reaches zero the package is exhausted. The balance is the promise the clinic still has to deliver; each consumption is recorded as a ledger.

Patient, service, number of sessions and amount paid. The system calculates the amount per session — it tells you how much revenue each appointment in the package represents, and it is the basis for any proportional refund if the patient quits midway.

The Consumptions button opens the dated list of each consumed session. It is the ready answer to "I only used three" — show the statement instead of arguing from memory.

The screen became the standard list: search, filters, saved views, columns, export and trash with Undo. Click the record (or New) to open the form, with the detail tabs when there are any.

When you perform the appointment, click Consume session on the patient's package. The balance drops by one; when it reaches zero, the package is exhausted and the button disappears. Consuming later, "when there's time", is the path to a package with a higher balance than reality — and an argument with the patient at the last session.

An exhausted package does not reload: sell a new package. Each package closes its own account (sessions × amount), and reopening an old package would scramble the amount per session and the history.

"How many sessions does each patient still have left from what they already paid?" — the Balance column answers on the spot: used over purchased, green while there is a balance and red when it runs out. The screen also sells the package (patient, service, no. of sessions and amount paid), consumes one session per appointment and keeps the consumption statement, which opens from the row button with the date and note of each write-off. The balance is the promise the clinic still has to deliver — money received for a service not yet provided —, and that is why each consumption is recorded as a ledger.
