Sponsor approval

An approval page sent by link to whoever sponsors the initiative, without requiring access to the system. It opens the summary and records the acceptance with date and author — it's the record that supports "it was approved by whoever could approve it."

What this screen answers
Simulates the impact of CBS/IBS on operations during the transition. It is a simulation over changing rules: the number is for planning, not for paying — the official calculation stays in the tax calculation.
O que esta tela faz
The tax reform transition schedule (LC 214/2025): IBS, CBS and Selective Tax rates year by year, from 2026 (test phase) to 2033 (full regime), and a simulator that applies the current year's rates to a base to show IBS/CBS/IS with the calculation breakdown open. It also shows whether the company has already enabled the calculation (parameter FISCAL.IBS_CBS_ATIVO). The rates come from the legal schedule and are configurable.

Rules

Simular não é aderir — o gate é o parâmetro
The badge at the top says whether IBS/CBS calculation is ON or OFF for the company. When off, this screen keeps simulating normally — the schedule and simulator work for you to study the transition — but the monthly tax calculation does not compute IBS/CBS yet. It is turned on by the FISCAL.IBS_CBS_ATIVO parameter, in Settings, Parameters. In other words: using the simulator changes nothing in your tax calculation; joining the transition is an explicit decision, made in the parameter, not here.
Where the calculated amount comes from
When the company already issues NF-e with IBS and CBS shown, the month's debit is the sum of what is on the authorized invoices — with each item's zero rate and reductions — and the credit is what was shown on the purchase invoices recorded in the month. Credit larger than the debit becomes a credit balance, shown in the calculation memo. Without invoices showing these taxes, the amount is an estimate: the month's revenue times the year's rate, minus the purchase credit. Check with your accountant before paying.
Credit at payment time and credit balance
The IBS/CBS credit of a purchase only offsets the tax when the purchase is paid: pay half in the month, credit half. What is still unpaid appears in the breakdown as "awaiting payment". If the month credit exceeds the debit, the surplus becomes a credit balance that offsets the next month — the breakdown shows which month it came from. The "IBS/CBS credit on purchases" parameter switches to credit on the posted invoice, if your accountant advises it.

Frequently asked questions

Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
"How much IBS/CBS will I pay in each year of the transition — and how much would it be today?" — when this question comes up, this is the screen that answers it.
Como usar a régua e o simulador
The transition schedule lists, year by year from 2026 to 2033, the CBS, IBS and Selective Tax rates with each year's phase (test, full CBS, increase, full regime) — the current year's row is highlighted. In the simulator, enter the calculation base in R$ and the base year and click Simulate: the cards show CBS, IBS, IS and the total with the rate applied, and the calculation breakdown opens right below, line by line. The rates come from the legal schedule (LC 214/2025) and are configurable.
