How to calculate
Choose the accrual period and click Calculate. Each tax becomes a line with a value, due date and the calculation trail (step by step). Use "Preview" if the month hasn't closed yet (the base can still change).
Rules
By regime
Simples: DAS (with Fator R deciding Anexo III/V) + FGTS. Presumido: IRPJ + surtax + CSLL + PIS + COFINS + ISS + INSS (GPS) + FGTS. Lucro Real: detailed calculation (PIS/COFINS credits) is left for a later phase — here only the payroll comes out.
Bases and Fator R
The month's revenue and RBT12 (previous 12 months) come from your entries; payroll (12m and monthly) comes from the payroll. The Fator R (payroll ÷ revenue ≥ 28%) decides the Simples Anexo. Configure the regime in Settings → Tax regime.
Consumes the closed month
The official calculation uses the CLOSED month (Financial → Closing), when the base no longer changes. The preview is used to estimate before closing.
Check before paying
The values are calculated by Tenka and are NOT yet officially validated. The official payment slip (barcode/PIX) comes from the tax provider or the agency's portal. The accountant validates each obligation in the Accountant Portal before payment.

Due dates and alerts
The due dates are approximate (day X of the following month) and adjustable — confirm the calendar for your municipality/regime. Obligations due or overdue generate an alert in the bell icon (daily scan).
