The account ledger card
The Ledger is the individual card of an account: choose the detail account in the selector at the top (it has search — type part of the code or the name) and the screen lists its movement for the month, entry by entry, with period, description, origin, debit, credit and the running balance recalculated on every line. It's the screen to answer "what passed through this account?": the Trial Balance says how much was left in each account, the Ledger shows the path that led to that balance.
Para que esta tela existe
Movements and running balance of a ledger account (general ledger). — this is the role of the "Ledger" screen within the platform.

How to

Achar a conta e exportar o Razão
The account selector has a built-in filter: click and type part of the code or name to find the detail account without scrolling the whole list. The arrows next to the month label change the period without losing the selected account. The CSV and PDF buttons export the ledger for the account and month displayed. The screen obeys the profile's permission to see values — without it, movements are not displayed, and that is governance working, not a defect.

Rules

Running balance
Balance = accumulated debits − credits. Positive means a debit balance; negative, a credit balance. It's read just like a statement of an accounting account.

Frequently asked questions

Verification
The Ledger for the Cash account should match the reconciled bank statement — that's how you audit whether the accounting is correct.
