Service order map

Distributes service orders on the map by technician and region to build the day's schedule without overlap. The position is the service order's address; without a valid address, it doesn't enter the map or the route calculation.

What this screen answers
Centralizes consents, data subject requests and the legal basis for each data processing. A data subject request has a legal deadline: delay turns into a fine. Anonymizing is not deleting — choose the right operation for each request.
O que esta tela faz
The LGPD compliance panel: the consents and legal basis for each processing per data subject (customer, employee, candidate, lead), with revocation recorded; and the ROPA — the map of processing operations (activity, purpose, legal basis, data categories, retention and with whom it is shared). It includes the shortcut to handle data subject requests (export dossier and anonymize).
Para que esta tela existe
The LGPD compliance panel: the consents and legal basis for each processing per data subject (customer, employee, candidate, lead), with revocation recorded; and the ROPA — the map of processing operations (activity, purpose, legal basis, data categories, retention and with whom it is shared). It includes the shortcut to handle data subject requests (export dossier and anonymize). — this is the role of the "LGPD Management" screen within the platform.
The consent record
Data subject type and code, purpose, legal basis, consent date and the evidence (where and how it was given). The header’s Revoke button marks the revocation with its date (art. 8 §5); from then on processing on that legal basis must stop.

How to

Data protection officer (DPO)
The card at the top records the data protection officer required by the LGPD (art. 41): name, email and contact phone. This contact is public — it is what appears in the Privacy Policy for the data subject to reach the company. Keep it updated: an outdated officer means a data subject without a channel, which is exactly what the law wants to avoid. Save using the card's own button.

Rules

Revogação se registra, não se apaga
Revoking a consent does not remove it from the list: the record remains with the status "Revoked" and the date, because the history is part of compliance — proving there was consent during the period the data was processed is as important as respecting the revocation. ROPA operations, on the other hand, can be removed from the map, as they describe the current processing, not a historical fact.
Consents in the list, DPO on top
The Data Protection Officer card (DPO, art. 41) is on top: name, e-mail and phone go out in the Privacy Policy. Below, the consents in a list with search, filters by data subject type, legal basis and status, views and export; the row’s Revoke button records the revocation with its date — a consent is never deleted, because it is the evidence of the legal basis. The processing map (ROPA) is on the toolbar button.

Frequently asked questions

Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
"Do we have a legal basis and consent for every piece of personal data we process — and is the processing map up to date?" — when this question comes up, this is the screen that answers it.
