O que esta tela responde
The seal on a period's result: a document that records that month's figures and proves, later on, that they weren't changed. Here you issue it, check its integrity and download the PDF.
What this screen is
The monthly seal on what the platform PROVED in the month: the scoreboard of the digital employees (runs, actions, errors, value recovered), the completed FCAs and the recorded savings — all sealed with a chained hash (SHA-256 of the month's content combined with the seal of the previous certificate of the same tenant). Issue the period's certificate, check its integrity in one click (recomputing the seal) and download the PDF. An issued certificate is IMMUTABLE, and the verification is reproducible: the same content always returns the same seal.
How to
Verificar integridade: o que o botão realmente testa
Each certificate carries the digest (hash) of the previous one, forming a chain. Verification recalculates the whole chain: if any document has been tampered with, the link breaks and the screen points out WHERE. A green verification means the series hasn't been changed since it was issued.
Rules
Certificado emitido é IMUTÁVEL
Issuing the same period again returns the SAME certificate — it doesn't create another one or update figures. That isn't a limitation: it's the reason the document is worth anything. A seal that gets reissued with new figures proves nothing.
Frequently asked questions
What this screen answers
Fix the source (the entry) and certify the FOLLOWING period with the effect of the correction. The old certificate still stands, showing what was known on that date — which is exactly what a historical record should do.
Which question this screen answers
It answers: "can I prove, with a verifiable seal, the result the platform delivered in the month?". The certificate consolidates the period's scoreboard (digital employees' runs, actions, errors, value recovered, completed FCAs and recorded savings) and seals it all with a SHA-256 hash chained to the seal of the previous certificate of the same tenant. Once issued, it's immutable; and the "Verify integrity" button recomputes the seal at any time — the same content always returns the same hash.
