What this screen is for
It is the anchor partner's shop window for its portfolio. Publish items with price, minimum order and lead time; active accounts in the portfolio receive the offers; their orders arrive here as sales orders.
Your network record
The screen always opens this company's network. The brand tab holds the program name, color, logo and message that portfolio customers see on the offers; save with the top button. The other tabs are the published catalog, the orders that came from the network and the onboarding cohorts.

How to

Set up an onboarding cohort
In the Cohorts tab, New cohort asks for name, start, class link and note. The eye opens the cohort: pick portfolio accounts and include them; each account shows the published health (when it last posted, when it logged in, sales in 30 days) of those who agreed to share usage.

Rules

How the offer reaches the customer
Every 30 minutes the system delivers each published item as an offer inside the account of each active customer in the portfolio. The customer never reads your data, and you never read theirs: each side sees only its own. Removing the item from the catalog deactivates the offer on the next run.
Network orders
The customer's order arrives as a sales order in quote status, with origin REDE, for the customer found by CNPJ (created if missing). Confirm, invoice and ship as usual: the status goes back to the customer, and when the NF-e is issued the XML lands in their incoming invoices.
Brand
Program name, color (#RRGGBB) and logo (https address) show on the offers and the order the customer sees.
Selling to another company of the same group
When the customer is another company of your group (spinning selling to knitting, knitting to the garment maker), the portfolio link points to the customer COMPANY. Offers appear inside it, the order comes back as a sale here and the invoice lands in its incoming invoices with the lot and the rolls.
Demo invoices only cross in the test environment
In a test-environment account the invoice is SIMULATED: nothing goes to SEFAZ. It reaches the customer only if they are also in the test environment — a production account never receives a document that does not exist at the tax authority.
Publish to and remove from the catalog
In the Catalog tab, Publish item opens the dialog with item, price, minimum order, lead time and note; the pencil edits a published item and the bin removes it. Offers reach portfolio accounts every 30 minutes — removing deactivates the offer on the next run.

Frequently asked questions
