Para que esta tela existe
Anchor screen for the documents dictionary (Partner Documents tab). It does not appear in the menu. — this is the role of the "Corporate document" screen within the platform.

How to

Contrato social, atas e alterações
It stores the documents that prove the corporate structure, with date and version. It is the folder an investor's or a bank's due diligence asks for first — keeping the latest amendment here saves the rush later.
Document date and signature status
The document date is the date of the corporate act itself — the date of the minutes, of the contract amendment — and it is what orders the history; do not confuse it with the date the file was attached. The signature status follows the collection of signatures on the document, to separate a draft from a formalized document. The category organizes the collection (articles of association, minutes, amendments), and the note keeps context the file name doesn't tell — what changed, who took part, what motivated it.

Rules

Esta é uma tela de apoio — o caminho normal é pelo cadastro principal
Here you see and fix loose child records, one by one. In day-to-day work, however, the right thing is to create and edit them inside the parent record's form: that is where the business rules run (recalculated totals, validations, numbering, history). Editing directly here is useful for auditing and for correcting a specific case — but it can leave the parent record with an outdated total, and that raises no error on screen.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.

Frequently asked questions

Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
"Where do I see corporate documents?" — when that question comes up, this is the screen that answers it.
Por que esta tela não aparece no menu
This is a dictionary anchor screen: it exists to give names and labels to the fields of the Documents tab of the Partner record, and that is why it is not in the menu. The normal path is to open the partner in the shareholder structure and use the Documents tab there — articles of association, minutes and amendments are attached to the partner or to the company in the main record. If you got here through a link, use Ctrl+K and search for the Partners screen by name; the search finds any screen by name or synonym.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
