What this screen is for
Two things on the shop-floor phone: close the sewing bundle by scanning the code (posts the pieces to the order step) and measure the real time of an operation.
How to
Reporting why a machine stopped
The Machines now card lists the machines that are stopped, without a program or under maintenance, and for how long. 1) Pick the machine. 2) Pick the reason (out of yarn, breakdown, style change, maintenance, cleaning, quality, no operator or other). 3) Optionally write a short detail. 4) Tap Report the reason. The reason shows right away in the office Machine room and counts in the machine's stops.

Time study
Pick the sheet and the operation, start the stopwatch, stop after N pieces and save. The average of measurements shows; whoever can change the tech sheet approves it and it becomes the step's standard minute.
Frequently asked questions
Someone else saved a record offline on this phone. What happens to it?
It stays on the device and waits for the person who made it to sign in with their account; then it uploads by itself, no “Try again” needed. Meanwhile the panel shows “record(s) from another person on this device — they upload when that person signs in”. Nothing is discarded and nothing uploads under the name of whoever is signed in.
