What it's for
It's the receipt for each payment of the platform subscription: a clean page with the receipt number, amount paid, plan, billing period and due date, ready to print (the buttons disappear when printing) or attach to accounting. Every paid invoice has its own receipt. The page was designed to open well on mobile too — you can send the link directly to whoever needs the receipt.
Rules
The receipt reflects the confirmed payment
It's generated from a payment actually confirmed by the billing method. An open invoice or card failure doesn't generate a receipt, precisely so there's no proof of something that never came in.
It's your document, isolated
Each account sees only its own receipts. This applies even to groups with multiple CNPJs: the receipt goes to whoever was actually charged.
A tax invoice and a receipt are not the same thing
This receipt proves the payment on the platform. If your accounting requires a tax document, the invoice is what solves it — the receipt is a complement, not a substitute.
Frequently asked questions
Can I issue one from an old month?
Yes. The receipt exists per invoice: any subscription invoice with a confirmed payment generates its own, including old billing periods — just open the receipt for the desired invoice in the subscription history. What doesn't exist is a receipt for an invoice not yet paid: as the rule next to it says, it reflects the confirmed payment, so an open month only gets a receipt after confirmation.
