Start here

Inspect standing up, with the phone
Choose where the pieces come from (the production order or a subcontractor return), count how many you checked and how many are seconds, and tap the defects (stain, crooked seam, hole…). Tenka works out the approved ones: inspected − seconds − defects.
Tenkai reads the defect photo
Take the photo during inspection and Tenka reads the image, proposes the defect type and severity — and ticks the chip. Check it: if right, just record; if not, correct the chip. Below 60% certainty it says so and ticks nothing. With every inspection it learns from your correction, and the screen shows how often it was right.

How to

Final inspection by sampling
Turn on "Final inspection by sampling", enter how many pieces the lot has and tap "Work out the sample". By the standard (level II, AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor, unless you change them), Tenka says how many pieces to check and how many defects the lot can have. Count defects as critical (one alone rejects), major and minor, take the photo and record: the verdict — lot accepted or rejected — comes from the standard, not from memory.
Catalog defects in the inspection
The defect buttons are your company's defect catalog (sewing, cutting and finished garment), each with its code and severity. Tap + for the pieces with each defect. In the final sampling inspection you do not count critical, major and minor by hand: they come from the catalog severity, and the verdict follows at every tap. The photo is linked to the defect it shows. If the company has no catalog yet, tap "Bring the standard catalog".

Rules

With defects, the photo is required
If there are defects, the inspection only saves with the photo — it is the proof the subcontractor sees when the discount reaches the service bill. Admins can turn it off in Parameters ▸ Production (Photo required for inspection with defects).
Where the inspection goes
The same way as the desktop screen (Produce right ▸ Quality): it feeds the sewer’s score (order) or the subcontractor’s (return), and the defect discount reduces the subcontractor’s open service bill.
Check the measurement
Choose the work order, the measuring point and the size, and type what you measured. Tenka compares it with the tech-sheet chart: within tolerance is green; outside is red — and one “measurement” defect is counted. Each check goes into the inspection note, which the subcontractor sees with the deduction.
