What this screen is for
For the sewer to record what she did without stopping the machine: she picks the released production order, types how many pieces she made (and, if any, how many came out defective) and taps Record. No hours, stage or project — that is why it works. Every record enters the real cost of the order and the Pieces per sewer board.
Rules
"Me" is the employee linked to your user
Pieces are credited to the employee linked to the logged-in user. Without the link the screen warns and does not save — a record without a person would show up on no board. The link is made in People, on the employee record.
Only released or in-production orders appear
An open (not yet released) or finished order does not appear. If yours is not on the list, the supervisor has not released it yet.
Bonus secured this month
When the company has an incentive plan in force, the scoreboard shows the bonus you have already secured this month: your cell’s target, your absences and your rework so far, by the plan’s scale.
I stopped: machine
When the stop is caused by the machine, choose the reason “Machine”. Three machine stops in the same cell within seven days open a maintenance ticket on their own — you do not need to tell anyone.
Frequently asked questions
I got the quantity wrong. How do I fix it?
Talk to the supervisor — the record can be edited on the order screen. The phone only adds, on purpose.
