Para que esta tela existe
Anchor screen for the detail dictionary (partner history). It does not appear in the menu. — this is the role of the "Corporate event" screen within the platform.

How to

The events that change the partnership
Partner entry and exit, capital increase, change in ownership share. Each event has a date and is what explains why the ownership share changed between two periods.
Percentual anterior × percentual novo
Each corporate event records the pair that tells the story: the partner's ownership percentage BEFORE the event and the percentage AFTER. It is this pair, event by event, that explains how the partner reached their current share — and it is what an audit will want to see. The type classifies the fact (entry, exit, change, contribution), the date orders the timeline, the amount records the sum involved when money is part of the act, and the description keeps the context of what happened.

Rules

Esta é uma tela de apoio — o caminho normal é pelo cadastro principal
Here you see and fix loose child records, one by one. In day-to-day work, however, the right thing is to create and edit them inside the parent record's form: that is where the business rules run (recalculated totals, validations, numbering, history). Editing directly here is useful for auditing and for correcting a specific case — but it can leave the parent record with an outdated total, and that raises no error on screen.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.

Frequently asked questions

Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
"Where do I see corporate events?" — when this question comes up, this is the screen that answers it.
Por que esta tela não aparece no menu
This is an anchor screen of the dictionary: it exists to give names and labels to the fields of the partner's event history, and that is why it is not in the menu. The normal path is the main record in the ownership structure: that is where you register the entry, exit, change in ownership share or contribution, and the partner's history is built from those records. If you got here through a link and are looking for the working screen, use Ctrl+K and search for Shareholders by name — the search finds any screen by name or synonym.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
