O fecho do ciclo em dinheiro, não em feature
Each front built to become revenue — Capital, Network, Channel, Outcome-based pricing — declares here what it REALLY transacted and the state of the gate holding it back. A delivered feature is not a result; a result is what money went through.
What this screen is
The close of the 2027 cycle in MONEY, not in features. The four fronts the platform built to become revenue — Capital (advance), Network (marketplace), Channel (partners/OEM) and Outcome-based pricing — each on a line that declares, WITHOUT makeup, the REAL value transacted AND the state of its GATE. 🔴 A gate that did not open becomes a feature declared dead: as long as the credit partner, the partnership contract or the legal opinion are not in force, the line says "rail ready, gate closed, R$ 0 real" — and the real total does not inflate. The FREEZE button saves the dated snapshot of the cycle. Read-only + snapshot.

How to

Real transacionado × Potencial na mesa
Real = what actually went through. Potential = what the rails already move in sandbox and proposals, waiting for the gate — it is the size of the prize for unlocking each gate, not a promise. The two are never added together.
Congelar balanço (freeze do ciclo)
Saves a dated snapshot of this balance as the close of the cycle. Each freeze is an independent snapshot — you can freeze again later; the previous one is not changed. It is the number taken to the review meeting, immune to later changes in the database.

Rules

A closed gate adds up to ZERO
A front with a closed gate (partner contract not signed, credential not issued) enters the real total with R$ 0, however ready the rail may be. It is a feature declared dead, honestly — the opposite would be inflating the balance with revenue that does not exist.

Frequently asked questions

The screen asks you to select a company
The balance is read within the scope of the company selected at the top of the system. Select the operation's parent company for the complete picture.
Which question this screen answers
How much did each front REALLY transact in the cycle — and which gates are still closed? The four revenue fronts (Capital, Network, Channel and Outcome-based pricing) appear one per line, each declaring the real value transacted and the state of its gate. A closed gate adds R$ 0 to the real total, even with the rail ready — as long as the credit partner, the partnership contract or the legal opinion are not in force, the line says so without makeup. The freeze button saves the dated snapshot of the cycle.
