Each card shows the essentials (who asked, value, reason, effect). Need more context? The link opens the full record.
Same guardrails
Approval levels, segregation of duties and caps apply just the same as in the desktop version — including the block on self-approval. Approve it, and it's audited.
Send back with a reason
Rejecting asks for confirmation before saving — the decision takes effect immediately and is recorded in the approval-levels engine, the same one used in the full screen, with segregation of duties. Before rejecting, read the summary and the note on the request right in the card: a rejection with no context forces the requester to redo everything blindly. If the decision needs more information than the card shows, open the request in the full version instead of deciding in the dark.

A new pending item alerts through the bell (and by email, if configured). Clear the queue over coffee — the 5-minute ritual that avoids the silent bottleneck.
