Session packages
Sell packages of N prepaid sessions (physical therapy, aesthetics, therapy) and track the balance: each visit consumes one session, and once it hits zero the package is used up. The balance is the promise the clinic still has to deliver; each use is recorded as a ledger entry.

What this screen is
The "economic pulse" of each region (state) estimated at HIGH FREQUENCY, from invoices/orders/receipts AGGREGATED at the moment they happen — a reading AHEAD OF the official statistics (IBGE). The variation is arithmetic (month-over-month), on an average per company, never anyone's row. 🔴 A region only appears with at least 30 companies in the sample (k-anonymity) and the table does not store the company identifier. It is a high-frequency ESTIMATE — not an official number; treat it as a leading signal. Read-only.
How to
Variação mês-a-mês: seta, cor e o caso "sem base"
The variation is arithmetic, month against month, on an average per company. An up arrow in green indicates a rise; down in red, a fall — as a percentage. When the region has just entered the window and there is no comparable previous month, the column shows "no basis for comparison" instead of zero: zero would claim a stability nobody measured. The n next to it says how many companies the average was taken from.

A high-frequency estimate trades precision for speed: it arrives before the official number precisely because it does not wait for consolidation. Regions with n close to the publication minimum fluctuate more — one large company entering or leaving the sample moves the average. Before reacting to a strong variation, look at the n and the history of previous months: a sustained trend in a larger sample is worth more than an isolated month in a tight sample.

Which question this screen answers
What is the economic pulse of your region (state) right now — estimated from invoices, orders and receipts aggregated at the moment they happen, ahead of IBGE's official statistics. Each row shows the indicator, the period, the value, the month-over-month variation with arrow and color, and the number of companies in the sample (n). It is a leading signal: use it to anticipate trends, not to cite as official data.
What this screen answers
Because the number is only published when at least 30 distinct companies have contributed to that breakdown. Below that, showing the average would almost be showing the data of whoever contributed — with 3 or 4 companies, the "sector average" is practically the neighbor's number. We'd rather say we don't have the number than publish a fragile one: a lying number destroys more trust than its absence.
Os meus dados ficam expostos aqui?
No. Your company enters as ONE POINT: first we calculate your average, and only that average goes into the sector or region calculation — never a customer, a receivable or an invoice of yours. The tables behind these panels don't even keep the company's identification, so going back from the number to whoever contributed is impossible by construction, not by promise.
De quanto em quanto tempo estes números atualizam?
Once a day, by an automatic routine. It recalculates the current period and replaces the previous value — running it again on the same day doesn't duplicate anything. When there isn't enough activity, the routine simply doesn't publish, and the panel keeps saying that the sample is insufficient.
