Proposals
The proposals the supplier sent for you to accept or decline.

1What it is for
Each proposal shows what is included, the amount and how long it is valid. Acceptance is recorded with date and time.
2How to use it
- Open the proposal and read the items
- Accept or decline — declining asks for a short reason
- An expired proposal can no longer be accepted; ask the supplier for a new one
