  2. Open the project to see the timeline
  3. Approve or reject the delivery when asked

3What does "Waiting for you" mean on the project?

The team has done its part and needs something from you to continue: a validation, some data, an acceptance. The notice says since when and why. While the project is waiting for you, the delay does not count against the team. After answering (by email, ticket or as agreed), click "I have answered — go ahead": the project moves again and the project manager is notified.
