New order

Build the order from the supplier’s catalogue, with your price, the size/colour grid and what is available.

1What it is for

The price shown is already your table and terms. Each item opens the spec sheet (composition, weight, width) and the grid with availability by size and colour.

2How to use it

  1. Search the item and fill the quantities in the grid
  2. Use Calculate to see the total with taxes and terms
  3. Send: the order goes straight to the supplier and shows in My orders

3New hire for uniforms

With an active uniform contract, the portal shows the Uniforms: new hires and changes section. Register the name, ID, role or grade, sizes and name to embroider: the kit is ordered right away and the person shows on the list with the status.

4Quantity tier in the order

Choose the quantities in the grid and click Calculate: each style shows the tier reached and how many pieces are missing for the next one, with its price. The tier counts all colors and sizes of the style together, and the order is sent at the price shown.
