Who in your company logs in to the portal and what each person sees.

Each access has a role: Purchasing sees orders, Finance sees invoices, Technical sees tickets and reports, Administrator sees everything and manages access.
2How to use it
- Use New access, enter name, e-mail and role
- The person gets an e-mail to create a password
- To remove someone’s access, use Remove — the history stays
