Each SOC2 control is checked deterministically against the system itself — the query actually runs, and the result (OK, failure or not applicable) is recorded with date/time and the raw evidence. Instead of assembling the proof on the eve of the audit, it exists all year round.
What this screen is
Super admin screen with evidence of SOC2 controls collected continuously and automatically (not in an audit rush). It shows the control matrix with the latest collection — OK, failure or not applicable, with details of what was observed and the date/time — and lets you "collect now" to redo the deterministic checks against the system itself and record a new snapshot.

A failing control stays recorded as failing: that is what gives the evidence its value. The right path is to fix the cause and collect again — the new snapshot shows OK and the history proves the problem was seen and handled, not hidden.
